Check the drain pump.
Remove the lid lock switch assembly.
To determine if the door lock has failed electrically use a multimeter to test each of the door lock switches for continuity.
The issue here is with your lid lock not properly engaging.
The control board is faulty and is unable to detect if lid lock is locked.
The lid switch is not working either mechanically or electrically and needs to be adjusted or replaced.
If one of the switches does not have continuity replace the switch.
Make sure that the lid strike key 20 in the image below is intact and activating the lid switch key 11.
It may also mean you need to replace a faulty drain pump.
Actuator motor is faulty or has loose wiring if washer is vmw vertical modular washer.
I recommend checking this component first.
